Christmas in VA
Mom and Hayley came down to spend Christmas with us. Mom drove about 6 hours from New York, soon she'll be a pro! We were a little nervous because we weren't sure if it would be snowy or not, but the weather worked out in our favor.

This was the first time they came to visit while we have been in the townhouse. We have more overall space but our guest bedroom is still a little tight. The nice thing about the townhouse though is that we were able to have a tree and spend Christmas in the finished basement. We had just the right amount of space, and even have a fireplace to hang our stockings on.

The four of us opened presents early, we just couldn't wait until Christmas Day. Avery even got some gifts from Nana and Aunt Hayley, even though she's not here yet.

The next day we drove to Fredericksburg where Joel's parents live. We stayed the night and got the chance to spend Christmas day opening presents and enjoying the whole family. Next Christmas we will have a new excited present opener! How fun!!

It was nice to spend Christmas all together and a great opportunity for us all to get together before the baby comes.
